A cozy stay in Chico

We enjoyed our time at El Dorado Bogota, thanks to its comfortable beds and a good breakfast that featured an excellent variety of local dishes. The warm hospitality from staff, particularly at the front desk. The nearby Parque 93 was a great spot for evening strolls, particularly during the lively Christmas market with local music and crafts.

Perfect hotel with very good wi-fi, the location is ideal to the center or other sights. The a double room is new-fashioned and has cable channels, a mini-fridge-bar and tea/coffee making equipment. The staff are courteous, offer excellent services. The ambiance is special. Thank you for a very nice stay.

The hotel is in a safe area, close to parks and great food options. Breakfast was diverse, with fresh fruits and local dishes daily. We enjoyed visiting the nearby Christmas market and beautiful parks. Definitely recommend for a fun group getaway.

The check-in process took longer than expected, a bit frustrating after a long trip.

The hotel is located in a quiet and safe area.

I was disappointed with the check-in process, which took longer than expected despite being the only customers at the desk. The arrangements for a taxi seemed to be poorly managed. There was no record of my requested taxi to the airport, and the receptionist didn't offer any helpful assistance. Finally, I felt the staff could be more attentive and engaging with guests, as their focus appeared to be more on each other than on providing good service.
